Ingredients of the Basic-concentrate of the cream base
The ingredients of the Basic-concentrate are similar to the skin lipids of the stratum corneum.
The Basic-concentrate consists of
∑ phospholipids – made of specially isolated soya-lecithin
∑ ceramides – produced by biofermentation
∑ triglycerides – isolated from carefully chosen palm-oil
∑ squalanes – isolated from olive-oil
∑ phytosterols – isolated from shea-butter, the chemical structure characteristics of which are similar to cholesterols

The usual creams, manufactured in a classic way as oil in water or water in oil emulsions, need emulsifiers in order to reach homogeneity and stability.
The typical strategy of all cream-manufacturers is to keep the amount of emulsifiers as low as possible with the intention to reduce the negative effects to a minimum, namely:
Wash-out of the skin lipids causing a disturbance in the boundary protective function of the skin and in the balance of the water transportation through the stratum corneum.
